A successful mentoring relationship requires active participation from both the mentor and the mentee. This course is designed specifically for mentees and serves as the companion course to the Mentor training program. It provides participants with the knowledge, tools, and expectations needed to build a productive mentoring relationship and make the most of the learning opportunities that mentoring provides.
Throughout this course, participants will learn how to effectively work with a mentor and actively participate in their own professional development journey.
