Pennsylvania State Approved Courses
In Pennsylvania, all child care staff are required to complete 12 hours of professional development each year. Trainings must be completed through the Professional Development Registry managed by the PA Key. Additionally, programs participating in Keystone STARS must meet ongoing quality training and staff qualification benchmarks that often exceed the baseline requirement.
