Louisiana State Approved Courses
In Louisiana, child care teachers must complete at least 15 clock hours of annual training, with content focused on CLASS®-aligned instructional strategies, health and safety, and child development. Teachers in publicly funded centers may also be required to maintain professional portfolios and participate in School Readiness Tax Credit programs tied to credentialing and training completion.
